Child Injured on a Zebra Crossing
Our client was crossing a the road on a zebra crossing when a car that had failed to stop shunted the car in front of it. This caused the struck car to roll forward and hit the child, causing him to suffer a fractured leg as a result of the Road Traffic Accident.
